C&K Podcast Feature Interview: Kristen Young

Introducing Kristen Young, our C&K featured interviewee.

We’re excited to share her COURAGEOUS & KIND story with you!

Kristen is a wife to Justin, a stay-at-home mom, blogger, and founder of the Cause Community. She and her family are in Conway, Arkansas, serving and loving those around her. Her passion for community fuels her desire to encourage the young women in her college town, the sisterhood at her church, and the gals in her digital community on Instagram with God’s love.

Kristen talks about what she’s doing with the dreams, desires, and passions of her heart that God is saying “not yet” to as the Lord continues to remind her that He is preparing her in THIS season for all that’s next. He is teaching and training her in the here and right now of what feels like the mundane and ordinary rhythms of life.

She also shares the importance of God’s calling to be faithful in the little and the right now of life. She encourages women to be reminded that there’s much work for God to do in our hearts within the quiet and while no one is looking, that prepares us for the time and opportunity when everyone is.

She says, “Doing the small, makes a big impact over time!”

There’s a special place where God builds discipline in our lives and teaches us to be faithful in the little because ultimately we won’t be ready for the future if we’re not.

Kristen also challenges women to ask the Lord, “What are you showing me now?”
